Our most valuable resource is the user. An important basis for the success of our company is a qualified, committed, satisfied finalist. We strive for rational, but people-centered management, the talent inherent in the employees and the utilization of experience, and the provision of the right person for the given task. Encouraging them to look at their work with an entrepreneurial attitude or give them room to move freely to achieve clear, accepted goals and share their efforts to create lasting value.

We place great emphasis on valuing our employees, improving their social situation and working conditions. We give priority to the training and further training of our employees, paying special attention to the individual needs of our production units. We spend a significant amount of money on education every year. We provide employees with continuous training (professional, language and competency-based training), enabling them to work with state-of-the-art machines and equipment and to actively participate in efficiency-enhancing processes. We have developed the PMK ABC for our employees, which contains all the information that helps with the company's results, work performance, professional development, ethical expectations and public participation.

PMK Support Association: Founded in 2005 - as a result of the cooperation of our employees - the PMK Support Association, which has more than 700 members and operates as a non-profit organization, its membership is voluntary. The management of our company provides financial and moral assistance to the work of the organization. The aim of the association is to improve the living conditions and social situation of the members. It provides support for, among other things, marriage, childbirth, funerals, schooling, kindergarten placement during the summer holidays, and school camps. The organization pays special attention to health maintenance programs and sports opportunities. Our most significant corporate holidays are the Family Day, the Year-End Dinner and the Santa Claus celebration for the children of the members.

Responsible for culture, education

Our company is active in the field of vocational training, it has been one of the practical training places of the Kandó Kálmán Vocational High School and Vocational School in Kecskemét for many years. We provide practical training for 10-12 students a year in the profession of fine mechanics. In addition, we have established fruitful professional relationships with several other vocational secondary schools in Kecskemét.

Our company is active in the field of vocational training, it has been one of the practical training places of the Kandó Kálmán Vocational High School and Vocational School in Kecskemét for many years. In addition, we have established fruitful professional relationships with several other vocational secondary schools in Kecskemét.

In the field of engineering education, we work closely with the GAMF faculty of János Neumann University. In 2013 - after careful preparation, together with Kecskemét College - we started the dual training in technical manager (logistics specialization) and mechanical engineering basic courses. Our work is strengthened by the fact that Dr. Zoltán Nagy, Managing Director, is an honorary professor of the GAMF faculty and a member of the Logistics Subcommittee of the Transport Science Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

In our production activities, we prioritize environmentally conscious behavior, apply environmentally friendly processes and technical solutions. We monitor the environmental impact of the raw materials and technologies used. We strive for the economical use of raw materials and natural resources, to increase the rate of recycling. We are trying to increase the size of our green areas and reduce the use of office paper. We implemented selective waste collection at our company's site.
